BACKGROUND
Sugar is a processed foods (like white bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, sugar, caffeine, sodas, candy, sweets, etc) which will turn into toxins & fat unless you are very athletic, run marathons, or have a metabolism like a 12 year old!!! Also, they don't completely eliminate from colon...it takes a long time. Over time, eating processed foods don't completely eliminate from your body, forms a layer of paste on the walls of the colon prohibiting food absorption. You become sluggish, tired, fatigued, have skin problems, body odor, foul movements and a lower pot belly. Because you have a layer on the colon walls, when you do try to eat healthy, they will not be fully absorbed due to the layer of waste. Fact: One soda contains ~17 teaspoons of sugar which adds 35 extra pounds per year. Individuals who eliminate soda alone drop and average of 10 to 20lbs instantly!
Also, cheese and red meat do not eliminated completely, it takes a long time which contributes to lower belly fat and bulge because the colon can hold up to 25 lbs of waste. You should eliminate 2-3 times per day (not 2-3x per week)!!!

PREPARE
The key to success is preparation and consistency so let’s prepare to be consistent as well as consider environment and support:
1.NUTRITON: use the weekend before you begin to get shop for your food, clear your pantry of all foods / drink that will temp you.
2.FAMILY, FRIENDS, CO-WORKERS: in order to avoid sabotage, ask everyone to support you and help you to be strong. Ask all to be considerate of you special eating habits and not force or tease you about your abstinence.
3.Replace your tea & coffee with green tea.
4.Take your meals on time.
5.Avoid sugar & fried stuff.
6.Drink lots of water. 1 gallon per day will release 10 lbs per week!

Using Blender: (~4 servings)
1.5 cup spring water or more
1 head romaine lettuce
4 stalks celery
1 bunch cilantro (optional)
1 bunch parsley
1 bag spinach
1 whole lemon
2 apples
2 pears
1 banana
- Rinse all fresh produce
-Chop into small pieces then feed into blender. IMPORTANT – otherwise your blender will get stuck!
-Add small amounts of water as you go to keep solution moist.
-Container will fill 2-3xs! Please empty into large pitcher each time.
-Makes ~4 -5 servings.
